We hope that by establishing clear and mutually agreeable financial arrangements at the start of treatment, you will be more comfortable and we can concentrate our efforts on your dental health. We are considered an "out-of-network" provider for all insurances. However, we will submit all paperwork and information needed to your dental insurance company and work to maximize your reimbursement from them.
At your consultation visit, Kathy or Gig, our Financial Coordinators, will discuss payment options with you. We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as the option of using CareCredit to finance your treatment.
For patients with insurance benefits, we request that you bring your insurance information with you to the first visit. We will forward all necessary claim forms to your carrier as your treatment is completed. We can also file a pre-determination of benefits to your insurance company so that you can receive an estimate from them on coverage for planned treatment.
We realize that paying with cash, check, or a personal credit card is not ideal for everyone, and our office does work with CareCredit, one of the leading dental credit card companies, to finance your treatment. CareCredit offers various financing options including interest-free payments for up to 12 months. You can apply for financing on the CareCredit website or have one of our helpful staff members assist you during your initial consultation.
